Organization:
This is primarily designed for veteran’s motorcycle clubs. These member clubs will form the Advisory Council. Other non-veteran’s motorcycle clubs and veteran’s organizations may sit-in as Sponsor Advisors, but will not hold a seat on the CVC Advisory Council.
CVC Unit Levels:
The CVC will be organized in several levels. This will work for CONUS, countries, nations and Europe. These are guidelines and are NOT mandated or “fixed hard in place”.
Area Level – The level at which towns, cities, metroplexs, counties and small regions are the primary target audience. Multiple clubs in one area will form a local CVC unit and 1-2 representatives from each of those clubs will form an Advisory Council for that CVC unit. The Advisory Council will coordinate the member clubs in supporting the direction and goals of the Area CVC unit.
State/Region Level – The level at which states, regional or geographical boundaries exist. This will be the level at which multiple Area Levels exist. This level will guide and coordinate lower level CVC units.
National/Country Level – The level at which country, national or geographic borders exist. This will be the level at which multiple State/Region Levels exist. This level will guide and coordinate lower level CVC units.
International Level – this is for coordinating the Coalition of Veterans Clubs at the top Level. This will be the level at which multiple National/Country Levels exist. This level will guide and coordinate lower level CVC units.
